COVID-19 Pandemic is an accelerator to business transformation. It forces businesses to rapidly re-plan and reshape operations to survive the trying times. The MCO is slowly being eased, and non-essential services are coming back to business with new policies and method of operations, yet they still need to deal with regulators’ conventional policies. Businesses are ready with instant policy revival, but regulating policies are not prepared for the new normal. Hasn’t this pandemic push policy makers and regulators hard enough to face the crisis? This paper will discuss how professional self-regulation can be the new agenda for this ‘normal’
